Nehemiah Project

The Nehemiah Project is a step of faith commitment to upgrade the facilities of Tokyo Biblical Seminary (TBS). Many of the pastors and their spouses that serve our Japanese speaking congregations are graduates of TBS.

In 1901, Japanese evangelist Juji Nakada and American missionaries Charles and Letti Cowman founded, in Tokyo, Japan, what would became TBS. Since 1949, TBS has sent out over 800 graduates into the ministry. Renovations are now necessary to ensure the safety of the students and to bring the campus facilities up to modern standards.
